Before Your Appointment
- Please arrive on time. We offer a 10-minute grace period, after which your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Actual service times may vary — if your hair requires extra attention, please let us know when booking so we can give you the time you deserve.
- Because every client’s hair is unique, service pricing and timing may vary. Additional charges may apply for extra length, density, thickness, product usage, or services that require additional time
- A card on file is required to secure your appointment. This helps us maintain our schedule for all clients.

Do I need a card to book?
Yes. A card on file is required to hold your appointment, and you will not be charged when you book. Your card is stored securely by Square and is only charged in the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges. A late cancellation (less than 24 hours before) or no-show is charged 50% of the service price to the card on file.
Can I book bridal or event styling online?
Formal styling for special events can be booked online. For bridal and event bookings that require extra time and detailed planning, please reach out directly through our Bridal or Event Styling pages, or call (516) 725-1877.
Where is the salon?
Beauty By Francesca is at 1959 Front St, Ste 402, East Meadow, NY 11554. We are open by appointment only.
